A: The Writing with AI website provides Webex Meeting Step-by-Step Instructions. We recommend reading them prior to the consultation to ensure a smooth experience.

 

Q: Is Online AI-Consultation mandatory?

A: No. Online AI-Consultation is optional and you can choose to opt in or opt out.

 

Q: Can I select multiple AI-powered writing software for my AI-assisted Editor appointment?

A: Yes.

 

Q: What file format is required for submission during the AI-assisted Editor appointment?

A: It must be a Word Document.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive the AI-edited feedback report after scheduling an AI-assisted Editor appointment?

A: Typically, you will receive the AI-edited feedback report within three days after the appointment has been successfully scheduled.

 

Q: Can I make changes to my scheduled AI-assisted Editor appointment or cancel it?

A: No, if you want to make any changes or cancel your appointment, please email B11204021@ntu.edu.tw.

 

Q: What should I bring to the Online AI-Consultation session?

A: You should prepare questions for the consultation session in advance to ensure a successful consultation. You should also log in to the Webex meeting 5 minutes before the session.
