Course Overview

English Writing for Academic Pursuit is intended to familiarize students with writing skills and strategies with respect to four study-related genres: CVs, cover letters, autobiographies, and study plans. Students will be provided with opportunities to cultivate their writing capabilities; to this end, students will be engaged in authentic case analyses and hands-on writing tasks via collaborative learning.

This course enables students to adopt the skills and strategies they have learned to develop their study-related documents and tailor the writing to their target audiences.
