Presenting the 7th 3MT@NTU: Get Ready to Take the Challenge

and Shine in the World of Communication

Attention all graduate students: Are you ready to step out of your lab and show the world how fascinating and impactful your research is?

The 3MT has been a game-changer for countless contestants.

Not only has it helped many of its contestants secure internship opportunities, but the experience gained in participating in the 3MT has also enabled numerous contestants to win outstanding poster presentation awards at international conferences.

What’s more, the 3MT has also helped past winners gain recognition from prestigious universities and innovative leaders in various industries.

This Fall, we are proud to present the 7th 3MT@NTU.

The Three Minute Thesis competition (3MT), an academic research communication competition, founded by University of Queensland, has grown into a global phenomenon, with over 600 universities from more than 65 countries around the world. In 2015, NTU became the first authorized 3MT organizer in Taiwan and since then, we’ve seen incredible growth in the variety and number of our participants.

In the last 3MT@NTU, our contestants represented a diverse range of backgrounds: 9 nationalities, 10 universities nationwide and 14 academic disciplines. The final event night drew a crowd of more than 550 spectators to cheer on the finalists in a thrilling showdown.

This year, the 7th 3MT@NTU is calling out to all graduate students nationwide: it’s your chance to shine and we’re here to make it happen!

The winner of the 3MT@NTU will secure a direct ticket to the global competition (the Asia-Pacific 3MT Competition). This is your moment to let the world know about your brilliant research!

Join us now and let’s create even more success and opportunities together!
