Researchers often have to compete with hundreds of others for limited resources. This requires the research proposal not only to be original and creative, but to be thorough and persuasive as well. Some proposal writers have difficulty being persuasive, and in this workshop we explore writing styles that are more powerful, more convincing, and more attention-grabbing. In this workshop, AWEC will specifically examine the summary and introduction, which are key to grabbing funder’s attention and convincing them to read further.
